Why Simple Language Is Always A More Effective Communications Strategy

Jargon is pervasive in all industries or ingroups, from the military to medicine to the Metropolitan Opera. While it can be efficient and precise, it can also be off-putting at best and exclusionary at worst. For the most effective communication it's time to end the "tyranny of jargon."
